Order Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times We offer reliable international shipping. While delivery times can occasionally vary due to carrier operations or weather conditions, our standard estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking Every shipment includes a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Track Your Order page on our website. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
